Meet Monique Rolle

USFA Vice Chairperson
Monique is responsible for overseeing procurement and menu planning of over 100,000 meals each day at 170 schools. She is the Manager of Menu Planning and Procurement at the Baltimore City Public Schools (Baltimore, MD). During her tenure, she has worked to meet the nutritional standards for school meals in the district. She has improved the quality and presentation and maximized consumption of meals, fresh fruits, and vegetables. Monique has worked in many different areas in food service such as: Executive Chef; Area Operations Manager; and a Chef Manager; for various food contract management companies. In addition, she worked in a range of sectors including K-12 Sector and Higher Education and Business Services. Monique is an active member of various national, state, and local organizations including School Nutrition Association, American Commodity Distribution Association and Association of Business Officials in Maryland.
