Meet Lev Tmanov

IT Manager
Lev Tmanov is an American-Ukrainian, born in Ukraine but has lived most of his life in Pennsylvania. At the Pennsylvania State University (PSU), he has worked for over 12 years in the various PSU Libraries as a reference assistant and collection maintenance specialist. There he enjoyed working with the students and staff, resolved various reference and technical requests, and maintained vast library collections of various media.
His life’s passion is programming, which led to him completing an associate degree in Information Technology while working full time. In his spare time, he works on programming projects with various languages as well as web development with accessible design principles in mind.
