Cooperative Agreement Objectives

Through the review and assessment of current rules, practices, and training materials, including the expertise of stakeholders involved all along the supply chain, this project will provide School Nutrition Leaders with easy-to-use procurement tools and a voice in the process. 60-Day Technical Report

The 60-day Technical Report for USFA’s USDA Cooperative Agreement was completed after the inaugural in-person Advisory Procurement Workgroup meeting. Cooperative Agreement Presentations

Webinars for Local Producers

Throughout the Cooperative Agreement, USFA will be working to identify a variety of local producer organizations that can assist in developing the webinar content and communicating access to the webinars to their constituent base.

USFA will also conduct webinars on how to increase local procurements, how to use better language in bids that enable smaller producers to engage and give examples of districts practicing these procurement activities successfully.
