  • Yield: 50 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12.5 lb. strawberry or vanilla flavored yogurt
  • 25 bananas
  • 1 #10 can pineapple, canned in 100% fruit juice
  • 2.75 lb. local baby kale
  • 50 packages of WG graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry kale
  2. Blend 1/3 of the recipe at a time
  3. Portion 8 oz. into 12 oz. parfait cups with lids
  4. Serve with 1 package of graham crackers
