Green Smoothie
- Yield: 50 servings 1x
Ingredients
Scale
- 12.5 lb. strawberry or vanilla flavored yogurt
- 25 bananas
- 1 #10 can pineapple, canned in 100% fruit juice
- 2.75 lb. local baby kale
- 50 packages of WG graham crackers
Instructions
- Wash and dry kale
- Blend 1/3 of the recipe at a time
- Portion 8 oz. into 12 oz. parfait cups with lids
- Serve with 1 package of graham crackers
