In collaboration with the French Department of Agriculture and in partnership with Interfel (French Inter-Branch Association of Fresh Fruits and Vegetables which created Fresh Attitude Week), Fresh Attitude Week has become an annual event in Alliance districts in America, along with schools in France and Hungary to raise awareness about the consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables in schools.

Sweet Grated Carrots
- Total Time: 10-20 min.
- Yield: 4 persons 1x
Description

Ingredients
Scale
- 4 carrots
- 1 apple
- 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoon of honey
- 1/2 orange juice
- 5 leaves of mint
Instructions
- Peel carrots and apple.
- Grate them.
- Chisel the mint.
- In a bowl, combine honey, fresh orange juice and chopped mint
- Season the grated carrots with this “dressing”, add the chocolate chips and mix well.
- Spread the carrots in glasses then decorate with white chocolate chips and surprise your guests!
